TOPEKA, Kans. (NBC) -- Dog owners, beware! A puppy favorite has hit the recall list. Nature’s Recipe is voluntarily recalling its oven-baked biscuits with real chicken due to a possible salmonella contamination. The brand is part of Del Monte foods, and its products are manufactured in Topeka, Kansas, then distributed nationally. According to the company, no pet or human illnesses have been reported. It says the treats should be discarded immediately as a precaution.
